2. Banana and yogurt
3. Bagel with jelly and juice

6. Sports drink, 16 oz
7. Sports bar and water
8. Fresh fruits such as oranges or bananas
9. Low-fat vegetable soup, chicken noodle or tomato and crackers
10. Blueberry muffin or fig bars and milk
