Everlasting Life Nautral Foods Hosts Free Health Seminar With St. Louis’ MVP Fitness

Fitness trainer and author, Lyle Johnson of MVP Fitness, will appear at Everlasting Life Natural Foods on Saturday, August 1 from 2pm -4pm. Johnson will present information on weight loss, body transformation and nutrition.

This event is a perfect opportunity for those who have strayed from their dietary and fitness resolutions to get refocused and recommitted to healthy lifestyles. “I want to help people make lifestyle changes that will produce long lasting benefits and not just quick fixes,” says Johnson. The St. Louis basesd Personal Trainer will demonstrate fitness techniques and give tips on using scripture as a guide to achieving optimum physical and spiritual health. Johnson motivates people to strengthen their spiritual and physical bodies in his new book, Get Fit 4 Christ.

The book empowers people to take charge of their lives and focus themselves through scripturally based meditations, prayer and action. The book, available at Everlasting Life on the day of the workshop, makes getting fit a practical and obtainable goal.

Participants are encouraged to register in advance at Everlasting Life by calling 314-837-1141. The health food store is located at 13076 New Halls Ferry Road in Florissant, MO.

Lyle Johnson is a certified personal trainer and owner of St. Louis-based MVP Fitness. Johnson conducts fitness workshops and runs the popular MVP Boot Camp.
