Here's a simple success tip


We are expecting to get snow, ice and wind of historic portions
here in St. Louis for the next couple of days.

This gives me a time to slow down from my busy schedule and reflect
on my goals.

I have come to find out that one of the reasons why so many of my
clients succeed in their fitness goals is attitude.

Each and every one of them have an "I will succeed come hell or
high water attitude"

This is one of the most important characteristics needed to succeed.

Of all the clients I've trained, every one of the top
success stories had an attitude - right from the start - that
nothing was going to stand in their way.

Zumba at MVP Fitness

Galvin to bring you experienced, motivated fitness dance routines

The Benefits of Jucing


Recently while doing a book signing in Atlanta Gospel Artist Keith Dobbins turned me on to juicing.

Juicing is preparing and drinking fruit and vegetable juices, besides the good taste, there are many health benefits of juicing that far exceed those of eating solid fruits and vegetables.

For one thing, the body can quickly absorb larger amounts of nutrients from juicing than from solid foods because the process of digestion that is necessary when you eat whole foods is bypassed. Raw fruits and vegetables contain many substances that enhance health, and juicing benefits the body by providing the most concentrated and readily absorbed source of these substances.


Another one of the major health benefits of juicing is that it gives you an energy boost and is an easy way to increase your metabolic rate.

◦1 apple, cored and sliced
◦1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed, skin removed
◦1/2 inch fresh ginger
Juice the apple and ginger together, then juice the pineapple and serve.
