Get Rid of Those Unwanted Pounds in the Next 40 Days for F.R.E.E.

Here's a way to get rid of those unwanted pounds for FREE!

Here's the deal!

I'm just putting the finishing touches on the new and improve Get Fit 4 Christ fat loss program that I've been working hard behind the scenes to tweek for a while now.

The program is aimed at RAPID fat loss and will involve 40 days of intensive exercise, nutrition and Bible Study where I'll be taking my chosen subjects through step-by-step 'how to' processes that will literally convert them into fat-burning furnaces of the most amazing kind.

If you are interested please continue to read on...

I'm looking for two sets of guinea pigs to go through the program for FREE as my... guests (you won't feel like a guest when you go through it).

One set of four people will be chosen for my online group and a set of four will be chosen to work with myself at the MVP Fitness Studio in St. Louis. The chosen few in each group will be told absolutely everything they need to know to accomplish the quest of losing 10 pounds in 40 Days!

The approach is based upon healthy, spritual practices and, while aspects of the program will be intense, they're not going to ask people do starve themselves (or even count calories) and they won't require two to three hour long marathon training sessions of any kind.
So here's what I'm looking for...
==> I'm looking for people who will devote at least 30 minutes a day to prayer and Bible Study.

==> I'm looking for men and women who are SERIOUS, as in 100% absolutely, definitely, without a doubt committed to losing those unwanted pounds in the next 40 days

==> I'm looking for people who will start the program, follow ALL advice exactly as given FINISH the program to completion rather than doing it 'kinda, sorta, maybe' and then dropping out before it's over.

==> I'm looking for people that are ready, willing and able to blog their daily journey with me (including before, during and after pictures) and who will allow me permission to use their testimonials and pictures in future promotional material related to the Get Fit 4 Christ program.

==> I'm looking for people who are sick and tired of the way they look and feel and are in that 'place' where this is a must for them.
==> I'm looking for people who have access to resistance equipment or a gym, or who are prepared to purchase it by Sunday, August 30th when the program starts.

If you're one of these people then you MAY qualify for one of my four online places. In addition, if you want to work with me at the MVP Fitness Studio then you need to be willing to do the following:

==> Attend AT LEAST three training sessions a week in St. Louis and carry out 'homework' as directed on the other days.

That's it! Pretty simple, right? Or, at least, it's simple if you're a seriously committed person who absolutely, definitely want to achieve this in 40 days. If it all sounds too much for you then you don't really need to read on, the program clearly isn't for you.

"Why's Lyle Doing this?"

Well, I’m testing marketing this program because I'm looking for walking, talking advertisements for the power and effectiveness of this program and I'm willing to forgo payment to get them. The way I figure it is this; people are skeptical. However...At the end of this 40 day program I'm going to have eight people demonstrating the absolute proof of my claims to anyone who'll listen.

And it'll be "for real" too. None of those photo shopped before and after pictures that show miracle transformations. Once my clients see the results for themselves I'll have no problem whatsoever in proving that the program really works. I guarantee it.

So THAT's my reason. It's up front for everyone to see. Nothing hidden. Still Interested? If you're still interested, here's what you need to do...Use the comments section of this blog to tell me why YOU should be given one of these valuable places (They ARE valuable too. My personal training sessions are $40 an hour!).

Go ahead and 'sell' yourself into the program by telling me absolutely anything and everything you think I need to know in order to make up my mind about giving you a place. I will personally choose the eight lucky winners.

I'll be announcing the chosen places at midnight on Monday, August 25th, so there's no time to hang about. If you want in and you're SERIOUS then leave your message in the comments area below.

I am struggling trying to lose weight as with everyone I know.
There just does not seem to be anything that helps---I know one of my biggest issues is eating.
I do Aerobics twice a week--- I hate looking in the mirror and there they are two stomachs that refuses to go anywhere. Seems like when I exercise it gets bigger. I am in dire need of help and pleading you give me a chance. Let me be your test rat---
I am pretty sure I am overweight--I have high Cholestrol--Blood pressure is up a little, but with exercise, eating right all can be controlled. When do I start again?

Hey Lyle, thanks for the opportunity to make a brand new change in my life. I would love to be apart of your group, and give me the needed motivation and push I've been needing, to go forward doing what's best for me. This will be a great opportunity to finish what I had started.

Thanks ~ Shannon

I have been trying to loose weight but cannot find enough time in the day to do it. I am still carrying 60lbs of "baby weight" from the birth of my first child who is now 7 months old. Loosing weight is now mission critical for me as according to statistics, if you don't loose the baby weight within the first 6 months of birth, it will be with you 10 years later. I purchased a Nordic Track elliptical two months ago but only manage to get on it once or twice a week. I've recently started reducing my calorie intake to make for lack of exercise. So far so good in week 1...I didn't gain any weight and my pants seemed a little looser on the days I worked out. Lyle, HELP!!!!!

Hey Lyle,

I am ABSOLUTELY INTERESTED!! This is a wonderful opportunity and I would love to be part of your test program and be chosen to work out at the studio. Based on the things you are looking for here is why I feel I would be good for this program:

1.) I am dedicated to working out and getting healthier. I have been working out for years but have not gotten the results I have wanted. I want to do something that is going to work. I am willing to put forth the effort to get results!! I have the determination and motivation to work I really need the expert guidance to help me in getting there.

2.) When I committ myself to something and give my word I don't go back on it. I will be wherever I need to be at the times I need to be there. When I was doing personal training with you I always showed up and was committed and worked hard during my sessions!

3.) I am continually working on my spiritual self and relationship with God. Praying everyday and more often is one of the goals I have set for myself in things I want to do to improve my well being and life. This fits perfectly with what what I am wanting to do and will help me with my spiritual growth.

4.) I am available to work out at least three times or more a week

I would love to be given the opportunity to participate.

Thanks,
Sheree'

Hi Lyle
I am really in need of help, and would love to be your lab rat, to help you demonstrate the effectiveness of your program. I'm very committed to losing the rest of my weight, but I am struggling at the moment and am desperate. I workout at a local gym 6 days a week, doing 1 hour cardio session. I lost 48 lbs. when I first start working out. I am stuck, have been for 6 to 8 months, and don't know what to do next. This has been very discouraging for me. I feel like I am the person to help you prove your program, I have long term staying power, and commitment which will stand the test of time. I just need your structure and guidance to complete the task, which in turn, here again will help prove your program. Please choose me.

Best wishes in your succession.

Lyle,
I am very interested in the 40 day weight loss program. I don't really have a problem with exercising but I do struggle with eating right. I am overweight and although quite healthy now, I know it's a matter of time before I start facing health problems. I hope I am one of the chosen candidates.

I have been in the struggle to lose weight for some time now. I am in the military and have been having weight and back problems for years. I have found that if I lose a little weight then the back aches are not that bad, but when I put it back on I have problems galore. To be a part of this is very important to me. I have lots of years in the military and I do not want to be sent before a medical evaluation board for discharge because of the problems weight has caused me. I have lots of people depending on me. For one my mother is without health insurance, so I pay for her medical bills, my father is not working and so I have to pay for two mortgages (mine and theirs), utilities, insurance on cars and houses, groceries and all. I am so stressed and depressed. They are counting on me to keep everything going smoothly- and if I cannot because I lost my military job, would change alot of lives. I have almost 2 years to retire, I have come this far and I need to get the show on the road and keep myself fit for my family. I cannot and will not let them down. I hate the way I look. I am in a "place" where this is an absolute must that I take charge and make it happen for me. I have access to a gym and equipment daily. I work out but there are some areas like everyone else that need that fine tuning. I can attend three training sessions a week and any extra assignments that are required. In my life Bible reading is a given. I am serious about being involved in this program from beginning to end as well as maintaining healthy habits long after the program has ended. I would also like to be a mentor to anybody that needs additional help. Once I am motivated, I am sure I can motivate others.

Lyle, I AM one of the eight driven individuals that you’ll choose for your Get Fit for Christ Challenge! I know that’s a bold statement, but I can back it up! This opportunity was right on time. I found out last week that I lost my job. The day I found out, I headed straight to gym, to confirm my commitment to health and fitness. Since June of last year I’ve lost 50 lbs, and I’m currently at a plateau and not loosing weight. Since I lost my job, I can no longer afford the weight management program at Wash U. I am excited about getting free sessions at the MVP fitness studio, as I already workout at least 3 times a week. Additionally, I love blogging; I have my own blog at www.runningintoshape.com where you can watch me go from Fat to Fit to Fierce. I’m a huge fan of your boot camp class and I’ve even blogged about it on my website. I know that you can sculpt a body. I got so many compliments after only 4 weeks of boot camp. I’ve seen how my story helps inspire others, and if I were a success story in your book, I could reach out and help even more people on their journey to fitness. I am very serious about loosing the rest of the unwanted pounds and I know that I can do it with your program. I recently said that one of the missing factors was my lack of commitment to growing my spiritual self. Your program will help me incorporate that into my lifestyle. I will start AND finish the program. I am eagerly awaiting your acceptance.
Thanks in Advance,
Stacey

Hi Lyle,
I would love to be one your guinea pigs(LOL) for the program. I have attended your boot camp before and although it is hard it was worth the success. I have tried to finish losing the weight I need and I guess I just need more discipline and for someone to show me what I need to do to get on track and stay there. The one thing I can say about me is and am very coachable and want to get this weight off.

PICK ME!

Hi Lyle, I am interested in being your guinea pig. I need to lose about 30 lbs, I eat right, I am active, I walk everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day, I jump rope, and I drink so much water I should be floating. I am going thru menapause, and I think that has something to do with being overweight. This is the first time in my life I have been overweight and it is hard for me. Why? Please help me!

Ms. Silky Coils said...

Let's see why should I be selected...well, not only do I over commit to anything I agree/sign up for, I will definitely be a client who will get results.

I've lost some weight on my own, have reached a plateau. I've tried everything (except surgery), and it seems to get harder and harder to get the last set of pounds off. I have always had issues with self esteem and the way I look and being afforded an opportunity to be your "volunteer" will help me regain my confidence, while getting healthier.

Unlike many who follow you, I don't live in the city with family and a support network. this makes it harder to set goals and stick with them (as well as getting encouraging advice to keep me motivated).

This program I know will change my life for the better! I'm prone to several illnesses in my family (that are cause by being overweight) and I don't want to wait until its too late. Now is the time, and if you will select me, I promise I won't let you down!!!

Hi. I am a 45 year old female who wants to get off of the weight loss roller coaster. I would love to be chosen to be in your pilot program. I believe that the combination of God, exercise, and a food plan is just what I need to reach my goal of losing weight and becoming physically fit and getting closer to God in the process! Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Lyle,

I lost 60 lbs last year and I can thank you for part of this success. Unfortunately I am now 30 lbs back in and feeling miserable. I have lost all self-control and now I want to get back on track. Bootcamp with you was a very rewarding experience. Your program strengthened me in ways and areas I never thought possible. One of my biggest accomplishments was when I ran one full lap without taking a break. Knowing I would have great success in your program actually caused me to consider returning next month.

There are several bootcamp programs offered in St. Louis but neither of them add up to the success and motivation that yours offers. One trainer in particular, who shall remain nameless, has a promotion deal going in which he is charging at least 4 times less than the cost for your program and after very short consideration I would not dare choose his program. He uses verbal abuse as a form of motivation for weight loss, which is something you would never do. And nor is it a program that I, myself, would ever support in any way. You were always a positive influence, supportive and truly motivational.

Recently, I have felt that I have lacked the spiritual aspect needed to make my success consistent and long-lived. This is supposed to be a lifestyle change and what better way to make that work then by including my eating and exercise program in with my spiritual relationship with God. You have built such a program and I am very eager to have the chance to implement it into my life and see the impact it has.

I am much honored to have received such an offer from you. If I am chosen I will do everything in my power to remain faithful and obedient. I will follow every step of this program as I am asked. In doing this I would like you to know, up front, that I will be away at a conference from September 3 thru 6 and these will be the only dates keeping me from attendance in St. Louis but will not keep me from the online participation. I wanted to have this information available up front as this may be key to whether or not I am chosen for your weight loss program.

I know I will have great success with this program, as I have had success with your methods in the past and expect to walk away with a lifestyle change. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

Marcene Hagens

Dear Lyle,

I must say these last few weeks have been hard for me to stay focus. I need some help losing 10 more pounds while studying the bible is a plus. I know I have the dedication it takes to participate in your new program. I have maintained the weight loss that you helped me to lose which makes me continue to come back. I would to be given the opportunity to be a "guinea pig."

In reality, Lyle, I don't have a success story to tell about prior weight loss like many of your contestants, nor can I provide a historical perspective of how commited I've been with workouts over some extended period because I have a Y membership and have failed to use it consistently. The fact is I've been tired and uninspired for the past two years, and as a result, I remain at least 40 pounds overweight, on blood pressure meds and pushing high glucose levels. Everything hurts from rotator cups to my lower back and knees, and I'm certain it's due to the daily struggle my 5'2" frame is having with carrying over 175 pounds. I'm simply bored with plain old working out, and I'm looking for inspiration...inspiration that would come in the form of a commitment to traveling across town (as I did when attending your boot camps) to MVP to take advantage of free personal training I cannot afford. Further, I know that if I had an instructor or class of individuals counting on my attendance, that would be just the boost I needed to get back in gear. If you can turn THIS guinea PIG into a spring chicken, I'll shout it from the mountain top.

Hi Lyle,

For the past 11 months, I have been on a journey to lose weight. Although I have been successful at losing, I still have more that I need and want to lose. I do get discouraged when I don't see that scale go down after working out and eating better, but I am determined to meet my goal to become healthier. With that being said, I would love to be one ot the candidates for your program.

Thanks,

Kandii :)

First, I would like to thank you for this opportunity. I think about losing weight everyday. I feel that this could be a blessing in my life because just when I have given up on all hope for myself, I read this email. Just reading this email has energized my spirit. I thought about the endless possibilities (being healthy, fit, learning to love myself again...etc) and a new hope has emerged.

I want to let you know that I will be dedicated to this program 100%. I am a person who try to beat the odds and don't let the odds beat me and I'm ready to beat being overweight.

If it is a walking, talking advertisement you want, then I'm your person. I work at a school and weight loss is always the highlight of the conversation. It seems like everywhere I go, whether it's talking to church members, strangers at the grocery store or friends and family at a function, losing weight always seems to come up. I've been told that I am a motivator and I would love to motivate others to utilize your skills and talent as well.

If I'm blessed with this opportunity it would be an endless boomerang of blessings for us all.

Lyle,

I have lost control of my weight and, I feel, my life. I don’t think I can be the best wife, mother, employee, etc., if I cannot control how much I eat or weigh. When I get upset, I want to eat. I need to find something to replace the satisfaction of chips and fast food.

My children have gone to college and now it’s time to concentrate on myself. I’ve spent my life getting people to school and practice on time, so now I have to make the same appointments for myself.

One of the biggest issues for me is planning meals. When you’re the only one “dieting” it’s hard cooking two meals or eating steamed veggies while everyone else is having a pizza.

So here’s why I know I can complete the program:
My husband is very encouraging and has offered to work out and eat healthy with me.
I’ve been through boot camp, so I know I can handle it. Boot camp always worked for me because I didn’t have to think about what to do, the program was already designed for me. With my ‘empty nest’ I have the time to work on myself and not worry about others. I want to lose weight to be healthier and to prove to myself that I can do it. I want to be a Champ!

Being a nurse I see first hand on how obesity can effect ones mental and physical health. Every morning I weigh over 20 people. Sometimes the scale reaching over 250 lbs. Seeing the look of dispair and shame on their faces is heart breaking.
I try everything possible to stay fit and healthy. I have a at home gym that would make you proud. My library of fitness dvd's, books and magazines are always at hand. I'm 5'6 and I weigh 171.6 lbs.I want to get back on track matter of fact I'm determined and capable of getting back on track. I'm sick of wearing the body shapers and holding my stomach in. I'm tired of hiding that flab around my middle. I want to look in the mirror and smile and say "I knew you could do it it was just a matter of time" All I need is for you to show me how to make it happen. Allow me to show others how your years of experience does and will work for them. Let my before and after photos be the proof. Not only can I see myself reaching my ideal body weight and shape I can feel it. I have the stamina and will power to get there. All I need is for you to give me the directions.

Hi Lyle,
I really struggled with the decision to respond because I know it's going to be a lot of work and committment, but I prayed about it and spoke to my husband who offers full support to help with the kids - and the answer is YES! I really need this in my life right now - I've been overweight since the birth of my first child - 13 years ago. I'm a full time employee, mother and wife in her
40's who could benefit from this kind of program. I'm alway's interested in bettering myself spiritually and physically. I would be a better fit to be at your facility where there are not distractions from the family. I would also be a great promoter of your program. I hope I'm one of the few priveleged chosen ones!

When I first read your email my heart drop because I thought Id already been selected and I just smiled and said to myself this is it! NO MORE EXCUSES...no more I don't have the funds, no more I don't have the motivation, no more I don't have the support, no more EXCUSES! Then I kept reading and found that you wanted me to open up about a part of my life that's been so painful and caused so much stress even at this very moment. Lyle I'm asking that you take a chance on me...a young lady who hates the woman that stares back at when she looks in the mirror: A reflection of disgust. I truly want to be apart of this experiment. You see part of who I am is striving to be a reflection of my Lord and Savior and lets just say lately I'm sure he's not been pleased. I'm not looking to do this for 40 days but I'm looking for a lifestyle change. I dare to be that woman who not only is confident in her own skin but the woman who isn't afraid nor ashamed to confess how and why she's changed. I'm ready to share my story in hopes that others will have the courage to embark on the journey to be "made over" and I'm not talking Hollywood! I want to feel whole for once and continue a healthy attitude towards life. I'm not looking for you to do the work for me...Im committed to make the changes!

Yes I'm overweight--have been since I was eleven, and believe me I know because family members nor myself has ever let me forget that fine detail. Cierra the fat one, larger than life, plus size. As I write tears build up in my eyes. I write to you as sincere as I know how...yes trying to convince you that I'm the candidate your looking for but more importantly because I'M READY! I've played this weight loss game for far too long. Never feeling pretty enough, skinny enough, healthy enough to subside with the rest of the human race. Always seeing myself with disgust...telling myself that if I don't like me why should anyone else. Too scared to try and loose the weight in fear that even if I lost it somehow I'd always be the fat girl. Never wanting to participate in anything, never wanting to fully trust, never wanting to fully love, giving more of me so people will look pass my weight and see me as the "giving and sweet" young lady. You see these are all defense mechanisms to help me cope with my insecurities. Your probably thinking you cant work a miracle the girls got issues but I assure you that if you help me on this weight loss journey you'll be so pleased with the results. Not only will a more confidant woman emerge but the cure to the rest of my dealings will be tackled through the formation and strengthening of my relationship with Christ! I know that loosing weight alone won't correct the heartache, pain and damage I've suffered (rather inflicted by myself or those dearest to me) but the experiment you mapped out will well start me on my way! You requested several things of your prospects and the answer to all your request is ME!

LYLE--I'M WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!
I'm WILLING AND READY TO devote at least 30 minutes a day to prayer and Bible Study!
I'm SERIOUS, as in 100% absolutely, definitely, without a doubt committed to losing THESE UNWANTED POUNDS in the next 40 days!
I'm READY TO start the program, follow ALL advice exactly as given FINISH the program to completion rather than doing it 'kinda, sorta, maybe' and then dropping out before it's over!
I'm READY, WILLING, AND ABLE to blog about MY daily journey with YOU (including before, during and after pictures) and I WILL ALLOW YOU permission to use MY testimonials and pictures in future promotional material related to the Get Fit 4 Christ program!.
I'm SICK AND TIRED....I DO MEAN SICK AND TIRED of the way I look and feel and AM AT THAT "PLACE" where this is a MUST FOR ME!
I HAVE ACCESS to a gym AND AM MORE THAN READY TO BEGIN Sunday, August 30th! Thank you for your time!

RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED,

I am very interested in being a volunteer for your program. I have been on this weight loss journey for a while and have not been able to get past the first 10lbs. Everyday I struggle with making wise food choices. I feel this program will help me understand all the elements for healthy weight loss. I am working out 5 days a week. I am losing inches, but I can't get past the first 10lbs. I would love the opportunity to be one of your test subjects. I feel your program will help me understand what I am going wrong and get me on the right track for healthy weight loss.

Lyle, I would love the opportunity to be one of the first to go through your new program which I so desperately need right now in my life. I'm tired of being overweight, tired of not buying clothes because the size has gotten larger, tired not playing with my 5 year old long enough without rest, tired of making excuses for not hanging out with friends and family, tired of my wife not getting the attention she so deserves, I'm tired of being depressed not wanting to do anything because of the way I see myself, tired of missing out on life. My doctor said if don't get a handle on the weight gain I'll be shooting insulin within a year. NO! I will not allow that. Lyle, I'm tired of being tired, please help me help me.

Dear Lyle,

I am a 33 yr. old mother of two and have been struggling with a serious weight problem for the past year and a half. Our youngest daughter was born very early (24 wks.) and spent almost 5 months in the hospital. During that time I put on 60 lbs. trying to juggle time at the hospital with her and be at home for our three yr. old and my husband. I put myself last and am now having a difficult time trying to make myself count again. I have been working out and have struggled with holding myself accountable, I always do better when someone else is holding me accountable (trying to work on this problem!) I also love the fact that this program incorporates prayer and time with God. Our faith was only strengthened during the many tests that were put upon her little body. I spend time every day in prayer or meditation and have found that through this it has made me a better person, wife and mother. I would be available to go to your studio, I live in the area. I want to thank you for this opportunity.

Johanna
